Membership and Access

Membership Requirements

• Access cards and codes are non-transferable and personal to each member

Fees and Payment

Membership Fees

Additional Services

• Meeting room bookings, printing, and other services incur additional charges
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

Facility Use Rules

General Conduct

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Clean up after yourself and return shared items to their proper place
• Respect other members' work and personal space
• Follow all posted signs and instructions

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances
• Bringing alcohol without prior permission
• Loud or disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized use of other members' equipment or belongings
• Activities that violate local laws or regulations
• Solicitation or commercial activities without permission

Storage and Personal Property

• Members may store personal items only in designated areas
• Warm Myst is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Items left unattended may be removed and stored at your expense
• Overnight storage requires appropriate membership level

Cancellation and Termination

Member Cancellation

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
• Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
• Access privileges end on the last day of the paid period

Termination by Warm Myst

We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or facility rules
• Non-payment of fees after written notice
• Behavior that disrupts the community or workspace
• Illegal activities on the premises
• Providing false information during registration

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

• Warm Myst's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the member
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Members use facilities at their own risk
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services

Member Responsibilities

• Members are responsible for their actions and those of their guests
• Members must report accidents or incidents immediately
• Members are liable for damage they cause to facilities or equipment
• Professional liability insurance is recommended for all members

Force Majeure

Warm Myst shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Government orders or public health emergencies
• Utility failures or infrastructure problems
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

Intellectual Property

Warm Myst Property

• All content on our website and marketing materials is our property
• The Warm Myst name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks
• Members may not use our intellectual property without written permission

Member Property

• Members retain ownership of their intellectual property
• We do not claim rights to member work products or creations
• Members are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Members must respect the confidentiality of other members' work
• Photography or recording in work areas requires consent
• Personal information must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Client confidentiality remains the member's responsibility

Website and Technology Use

Acceptable Use

• Use our WiFi and technology resources responsibly
• Do not access illegal or inappropriate content
• Respect bandwidth limitations and fair use policies
• Report technical issues promptly

Website Terms

• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties
• Content may be updated without notice

Governing Law and Disputes
